CUSTOM PACKAGES
WHAT IS THE UNITED PROJECTION CUSTOM PACKAGE?
To clarify the package definitions at United Projection, our non-customized show package options use only in-house inventory content. The custom “package” is the starting point for creating an entirely customized and uniquely tailored visual show, with both newly created content, client assets, and access to our current catalog of content. Since each event is entirely unique, we treat it as such, and the package inclusions will be determined and defined once we start storyboarding concepts. If the show goes above and beyond the starting point, we will quote that additionally. As one can imagine, content creation can range from a logo animation to a Hollywood feature style film, so it is impossible to give an exact price without an individualized script in place. Rest assured, we can deliver amazing shows for the starting price point of the custom package or shoot for the moon with creation of anything above and beyond! Do not worry , we will provide plenty of guidance and ideas during the initial brainstorming sessions to establish an overall framework of what your vision entails. We will also work with you to maximize the impact of your show, while simultaneously finding ways to reach your objectives at the most reasonable cost.
WHAT IS THE CUSTOM PACKAGE: The custom content package is simply defined as a fully uniquely designed show for your vision and/or objective that falls outside of what exists in our current catalog. A custom show also includes transitions, audio, and layering that is not included in the other packages.
CONTENT: In addition to using existing content from our existing catalog, our team will storyboard a completely customized show based on your ideas. This includes branded material, new themes outside of our library, and anything else you can dream up. Your team is also welcome to deliver a storyboard that we can execute.
PRICING: The package price is reflective of the starting base price to engage our team to start the storyboarding process. They can present concepts that fall within the base price, and they will quote what exceeds that price. If you have specific budget restraints to stay at that base price point, they will storyboard and quote what falls within that price point. The level of customization will determine the final price.

BOND 007 BIRTHDAY : Full visual production for a James Bond 007 themed birthday with an extraordinary grand entrance show, an old school Monte Carlo Bond Casino, Aston Martins driving around the room through the streets of Italy, a plethora of ambient scenes, celebrity performance visuals to match each individual song, celebrity DJ after party visuals and more.
A CELEBRATION OF GLOBAL OFFICES : A customized gala to represent all of the major global office locations through dynamic world maps and dazzling cityscapes, illustrating the brand's widespread influence.
AT&T EMERGING VOICES WITH JUSTIN QUILES : An entire evening of paired visuals to create the coolest immersive experience for AT&T guests to view a private full concert experience with Latin artist, Justin Quiles. Retro game environments started the evening, and then each of Justin’s 20 songs had its own customized scene paired with it.
BENTLEY MOTORS ART BASEL : Bentley wanted an entirely customized unique show to match the Bentley art cars that were being brought in. We designed everything from scratch based on the designs of the cars and the Bentley assets they provided. Bentley debuted the 1/1 Bentley Flying Spur Hybrid Mulliner by, The Surgeon. Also on display was Craig Sager and Romero Britto Bentley designs. This fantastic event was produced by the awesome team at Iris Worldwide.
PENFOLDS WINE ART BASEL : Penfolds “Venture Beyond” event during Art Basel Miami Beach was an evening of wine tasting, immersive artistry and digital exploration. Guests were invited to "Venture Beyond" with boundary-pushing digital art installations while they sipped wine and listened to great music. The experience combined custom digital art, sound, and Penfolds' latest vintages within a fully immersive environment.
FASHION LINE FALL LAUNCH : Teasing an upcoming brand fall line release and fashion-forward look books through captivating projected imagery, sample fabrics and patterns and taking over the walls, and a host of unique thematic content, igniting anticipation for influencers.
CORPORATE MEETINGS : Dynamic full room presentations with animated graphics, charts, and projected sales figures that make data come alive with unparalleled energy. Inspiring and strategic imagery that motivates and guides teams, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
THROUGH THE DECADES BIRTHDAY: A full production of visuals that went through multiple decades and captured the essence of the clients memories as a child, teenager, and adult, and also incorporating photos of him. There were also corresponding visuals for the client to perform numerous songs from his albums. A few scenes included: “Streets of Hip Hop”, A Nickelodeon Double Dare inspired obstacle course, a boxing ring inspired by “Celebrity Boxing”, the Jeopardy game show, disco visuals, and personalized visuals that matched each of his songs.
BRAND PRODUCT REVEALS : Breathing visual life into brands through animated logo and branded content displays, engaging branded content, and thematic environments to leaving a powerful imprint in the minds of all who witness it. Themes have included MLS soccer fields, NBA arenas, MLB stadiums, disco roller rink, urban hip hop street art and MORE.
QUINCE & MITZVAH MILESTONES : We have delivered customized packages to match entire evenings of many themed parties – from Pop Art to sports to Chanel Vogue fashion themes. Each of these was considerably different with what it entailed and consisted of, from creating animated videos, 360 customized scenes, logo animation, pop art visuals, vogue/Chanel videos, green screen videos and timing the content specifically with audio sounds or songs.
ARTIST ALEXA MEADE LIVE ART & NFT IMMERSION FOR ART BASEL: We showcased phenomenal artist, Alexa Meade and a huge seleciton of her dynamic portfolio with full wall immersions of her art taking over the space for the entire evening, paired with music.
