DEPOSIT SCHEDULE
Fee & Deposit Shall Be Made As Follows:
(i) 50% Shall Be Immediately Due & Payable Upon The Execution Of This Agreement; &,
(ii) The Remaining 50% Shall Be Due & Payable No Less Than 60 Days Prior To The Specified Event Date.
